Made this 14th day of November, 1931,
at two three four o’clock in the morning
The undersigned, being unable to satisfy the sum owed at play — said sum being
eleven dollars and forty cents — and having no coin nor credit remaining,
and having been advised twice to stop, does convey the dwelling upon the hill,
with all land and rights of entry thereto.
Title shall rest with the bearer of the marker. Not with his name, nor his heirs, nor his estate — with whosoever holds it. Presentation of the marker is presentation of title, and requires no witness and no court.
The marker being the blue one. We agreed on the blue one.
The occupants may remain at the pleasure of the bearer, and shall not be put out for
snoring any reason.
No term is set. This debt does not expire.
Neither does he.
Both parties affirm they are of sound mind.
He was fine. He was completely fine. I asked him twice.
